Business accommodation
Vitesse has three types of business accommodation in GelreDome:
• Business seats (in three different price categories)
• Business boxes
• Corporate boxes
The BUSINESS SEATS are luxurious seats on the third floor on the western side of GelreDome (the long side above the main stand). Business seat holders automatically become members of the Vitesse GelreDome Business Club and enjoy all the associated facilities.
Business club membership and business seats provide access to the following facilities:
• access to Vitesse’s home games in the Eredivisie (premier league)
• for every two business seats, a parking pass for our VIP car park
• the bar in our Business Club, ‘The Galaxy’, is open two hours before the match, during the half-time break and up to 90 minutes after the match (Dutch assortment of drinks)
• access with two people to the Business Club meetings approximately eight times a season
• opportunity to take part in the business-to-business lunch
• your name displayed on the sponsors’ plaque in ‘The Galaxy’
• inclusion in the digital sponsor handbook at www.vitesse.nl (still under development)
• subscription to Vitesse Business, our Business Club’s official magazine
• Additionally:
o possibility to reserve (VIP) tickets for public events in GelreDome
o possibility to have lunch or dinner in ‘The Galaxy’ before the games
o participation in the Business Club football team
o participation in the Vitesse Tiger Award, the golf competition held for our Business Club members.
Vitesse has the following business seat categories:
• Gold Seat (located around the halfway line) for €4,550
• Silver Seat for €2,900
• Corner Seat for €2,150
A BUSINESS BOX consists of eight adjacent business seats, located centrally around the halfway line, separated by a glazed wall with an imprint of your corporate logo. Business box holders also automatically become members of the Vitesse GelreDome Business Club.
A business box includes the following facilities:
• The same facilities as available with the Business Seat, plus:
o access to the ‘Heineken Heaven’ corporate restaurant
o additionally: possibility to place orders for catering in the business box (extra charge)
Vitesse leases the following business boxes:
• Half: Four adjacent business box seats for €18,250.
• Full: Eight business box-seats in two rows of four for €36,500.
GelreDome has over 49 CORPORATE BOXES on the fourth and fifth floors that accommodate ten or twelve people. The corporate boxes can be used to entertain customers during games and events. They can also be used at other times as conference, training, or presentation rooms. Corporate box holders automatically become members of the Vitesse GelreDome Business Club.
A corporate box includes the following facilities:
• The same facilities as available with the Business Seat, plus:
o use of the corporate box during office hours
o access to the ‘Heineken Heaven’ corporate restaurant
o additionally: possibility to place orders for catering in the corporate box (costs invoiced later)
A corporate box for ten people costs €34,250
A corporate box for twelve people costs €46,250
Additional costs for a corporate box:
• service costs 4% (€1,370 and €1,850, respectively)
• office service costs €635
• subscription costs for telephone: €575 (if a telephone is desired in the corporate box)
- all the specified amounts exclude VAT
- the specified amounts are per season and area based on a three-year contract
- games played in addition to the Eredivisie (such as the KNVB Beker cup games,
play-offs, etc.) are automatically included in the contract but are subject to an additional charge
- the specified prices are indexed annually (CPI)
- this offer is subject to availability
