Vitesse’s mission
The Vitesse football club has a real winning mentality and is constantly aiming to achieve the highest possible goals. Vitesse does its utmost to offer its supporters a fulfilling football experience and a strong club culture. In good times and in bad. We want to do this for (potential) football lovers in all layers of society, for the regional business sector, for the local government and for social organisations that focus on getting people on the move, with the emphasis on young people. In this way, Vitesse hopes to give people enjoyment and a feeling of fellowship and solidarity with Arnhem and the region.

We do this by actively trying to connect with people, as we are genuinely interested in them. By combining forces, we can be more successful and we can achieve our aims together. Not just on the field, but also off the field. We always base our actions on our strengths and we are continuously focusing on developing talent – not just on the football field but also in our organisation and in society. We have created a challenging and result-driven environment for our employees, players and volunteers in which it is pleasant to work and in which we provide space for inspiration and for people to take initiative and responsibility.
